Dr. Dharamvir Gandhi slams AAP, to form new party

Dr. Dharamvir Gandhi who is Aam Aadmi Party’s, Member Parliament from Patiala hold a press conference at Chandigarh to unveil his future political plans. He slammed AAP along with other political parties, alleging no other party in Punjab is working for the welfare of the state.

He particularly attacked AAP’s policies and plans for Punjab. He alleged AAP , specially Arvind Kejriwal is trying to control Punjab politics from Delhi. Instead of giving MLA tickets to those who worked for party for long time, who sacrificed everything for the party, who fight bravely against the ruling government, tickets are being distributed to those who are close to top leadership in Delhi.

He further alleged Punjab is being denied of selecting his own leadership by AAP, according to him , it’s like appointing some general(Subedar) from Delhi to rule Punjab. He clearly said , unlike others he is alleging that AAP is selling tickets for crore or two but yes common man is not getting the well deserved ticket by the party.

Disclosing his future plans in Punjab politics, he announced that he will form a new party in Punjab to fight elections. He told the media person , that many small parties have approached him and have ensured full support, if he forms a new political platform, as an another alternative.

He named few small political parties who will join this platform to fight election in 2017, this includes Swaraj Punjab party, Apna Punjab party, Jai Jawaan Jai kissan party, Mission Punjab party and many other small parties and hundreds of people who are looking for local party.
He said main aim of forming this political forum is to have strong regional political party which can fight for the rights of Punjabi’s, which will represent problems of Punjab and will find solutions to the problems of the Punjab.

He alleged all political parties including Akali Dal, congress, AAP are just fooling people and promising things which are not achievable, here he quoted example of drug issue, wherein some parties are claiming to resolve issue in few days or a month.
He announced that new party or forum will fight elections where ever they get support for their ideology in Punjab, but they don’t claim that they will fight elections on all the seats.
