Juvenile in Pradyuman Murder Case will be treated as an adult

Pradyuman Murder Case is very sensitive case and all of the Indian citizens want justice for Pradyuman. In this matter Juvenile Court decided that the accused i.e a 11th class student who is 16 years old will be treated as an adult in this whole case.

Now case will move on where accused will be treated as an adult. Juvenile Justice Board transferred case to session court in Gurgaon in Wednesday. Next hearing will be held on 22nd December, 2017. During trials in session court if 16 year old boy got booked for any of the crime, then he will be treated as an adult.
