“Youth for Punjab” Campaign launched by Sukhbir Badal

“Youth for Punjab” Campaign was launched by Sukhbir Badal in Chandigarh to make YAD , which is Youth wing of SAD, more active and strong. Addressing an impressive gathering of youth akali dal leaders and members, he appreciated role of YAD in last elections. This function was organised at YAD office sector 28 Chandigarh. Sukhbir badal was quite succesfull in organising a show , which was more of show of strength and way to reorganise party’s election campaign.

Sukhbir Singh Badal, deputy chief minister of Punjab , attacked both congress and AAP. He said Akal takht was attacked by army on the instructions of the then prime minister of India smt. Indira Gandhi and congress have faced the tunes for their mistake.

On the other hand AAP as compared their election manifesto to Shri Guru Granth Sahib, which has brought nagative wave in the minds of the people of Punjab , specially the sikhs and no one is going to tolerate this. He further said that , Punjab is the state which is saving the whole country from the enemy. Punjabi’s have faced the enemy tanks in all the wars fought so far.

Punjabi’s were also discriminated by the different governments in the center, specially the congress, which is main enemy of all punjabi’s specially the sikhs. This is the party that attacked sikh religious places with tanks, but its only akali dal which fought bravely against the atrocities of the congress party.

Sukhbir badal claimed that state has seen maximum progress during the last 9 years of rule of their party. 2.5 lakh jobs were created in this tenure. He also showed his anger about Punjab being defamed by opposite parties on the issue of drugs. He quoted the example of recruitment drive for police, where more than 1 lakh , youth were tested with dope test and less then 1 percent failed the test.

Bikram singh majithia, alleged the AAP leader for him is rebirth of Indira Gandhi. He said, Arvind kejriwal, or may be called as Natwar lal or lier or anything you call him , has compared manifesto with religious books and no Punjabi is going to tolerate this.
